About the Role:
As a CNA at Avir at Rusk, you will be responsible for providing excellent resident care, maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Your duties will include:
Providing excellent resident care, maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Participating in team-building activities and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant and in good standing in Texas
Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused
Committed to providing excellent resident care
Good communicator with residents, families, and coworkers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
