Join Our Team at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire!We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on our busy PM shift (3pm to 11pm). As a CNA with Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. All shifts include rotating weekends and rotating holidays.Overview:As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide direct care to residents, including:Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing teamAssisting with transfers and ambulation and feedingProviding emotional support and companionship to our residentsResponsibilities:Provide exceptional care to residents, adhering to established standards and policiesMaintain accurate and timely records of resident care and servicesWork effectively as part of a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality careParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practicesRequirements:Must be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the state of IllinoisMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a related fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCPR certified.Exceptional customer service and teamwork attitudes!
