We inspire each person to embrace the possibilities of a life lived forward.When you join our team, you'll become an empowered and valued member of a professional caregiving community dedicated to enriching the lives of our Residents every day.CompensationINCREASED WAGES AND SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS!PRN: $22.00/hourPart-Time: $21.00–$24.25/hour, based on experienceResponsibilitiesAs a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting Residents' daily wellbeing and quality of life by:Remaining flexible and adaptable to changing processes, assignments, and workloadsUsing a person-centered care approach when providing services to ResidentsAssisting in guiding newly hired Nursing Assistants and Resident Care Assistants using proper procedures and protocolsDemonstrating clinical knowledge and skills within the CNA scope of practiceResponding promptly to call bells and intercom systems to address Resident needsAssisting Residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, shaving, and other personal care needsToileting Residents according to schedule and as neededTransporting Residents and assisting with ambulation while following proper wheelchair safety practicesTaking and recording Resident vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, height, weight, and showers in PCCAdministering, reordering, and monitoring medication expiration dates as neededCollecting specimens as directed by nursing staffAssisting with telephone calls, appointment scheduling, transportation arrangements, and gathering documentation for appointmentsChanging bed linens and handling soiled linens and incontinent supplies according to infection control standardsMaintaining clean and organized Resident rooms, spa rooms, and common areasReceiving and giving shift reports to ensure continuity of carePromptly identifying and reporting skin issues, behavioral concerns, medical concerns, or changes in Resident condition to the NurseQualificationsCurrent Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant Certification requiredHigh school diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAvailable PositionsPart-Time24 hours per week3rd Shift (Overnight): 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMPRNAll shifts availableWork LocationThe Glen at Willow Valley Communities 675 Willow Valley Square Willow Street, PA 17584Ready to Make a Difference?Join a team where your compassion, dedication, and skills are valued every day.
