CNA SNFOur Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CNA SNF for their Alturas, CA location.Responsibilities:Receives and gives report on resident's condition and assures understanding of care to be givenMakes rounds on each resident, assesses all new residents and any resident who is ill, has fallen or has sustained an injuryDocument assessments per facility policyNotifies nurses of any changes in the residents conditions or current needsAssists with direct patient care; assures that call lights are answered promptlyPromotes good working relationships with other departments, co-workers, residents, families and physiciansOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum Years of ExperienceLess than 1 yearCertifications / RequirementsACLSBLS/BCLSPALSNRPATTWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
