n nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnPerforms duties within the scope of practice to ensure quality patient care, under the direct supervision of medical or nursing personnel.
n
nnCompletes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality.
n
nnPrepares patients for examination and treatment, takes patient histories, vital signs, and records chief complaints.
n
nnPerforms office procedures, tests, and examinations. Maintains adequate supplies for exam/procedure rooms.
n
nnTranscribes provider orders and schedules return appointments.
n
nnPerforms venipunctures and lab tests. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnMinimum of one (1) year previous related working experience within the last 36 months
n
nnCopy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
n
