Facility Address: 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix AZ 85012CNA ResponsibilitiesThe CNA delivers care to patients with diverse injuries and illnesses specific to the specialty clinic.Perform comprehensive professional nursing duties, including assessment, treatment, and patient education by the direction of the registered nurse.Ensures timely follow-up for lab tests, imaging results, and specialty appointments.Shall provide counseling and education to patients and families, promoting self-care and improved health outcomes.Assist with clinic-specific procedures by the instruction of the nurse supervisor, including minor surgeries, wound care, orthopedic procedures, etc.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.Certified Nurse Assistant RequirementsMust have at least one year of direct patient care experience in specialty care.Has and maintains BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.Current license as a certified nurse assistant in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth in the US or District of Columbia.Must have COVID Vaccine Certification.KurzSolutions is committed to improving health outcomes by providing well-managed companies with the top healthcare talent in the market.
