And we take care to fit your area of expertise and experience with the seniors you will care for.If you are a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys caring for and helping others, takes pride in making a difference in others’ lives, and is interested in professional growth within a company, our caregiver position is for you.Examples of Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like?Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationshipsParticipate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)Prep meals for your clients to enjoyAssist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living (ADL’s)ShowingToiletingMed RemindersReport what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behaviorQualifications:Compassionate and reliable attitudePassionate about helping othersYou enjoy customer service and communicating with clientsYou want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s lifeRequirements:Ability to pass background checksValid driver's license and reliable transportation required with current car insuranceHCA & CNA Applicants Encouraged:Washington State Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are strongly encouraged to apply.
