We are committed to honoring every life story, making each moment count not just for the patient, but for the loved ones who will carry those memories forward.As a Quick Response CNA (STNA), you will be a vital part of our Even More Care program, providing urgent support during active stages of dying. You will serve as the steady presence families can count on, responding quickly to evolving physical or emotional needs. If you feel called to be part of a team that prioritizes dignity at every step, we would be honored to connect with you.CNA STNA Weekends Available Shifts:Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PMSaturday to Sunday, 8:00 PM to 8:30 AMTravel to the office located in Green, Ohio is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.CNA STNA Weekends Qualifications:Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certificationMust be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is requiredHospice or Home Health Agency experience preferredMust possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisorsMust exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilizationMust have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
