An IntroductionWe provide compassionate assistance to elderly and disabled people in their homes. Caregivers assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, cleaning, running errands, and companionship.Make a Difference as a CNA SupervisorAs a Full Time CNA Supervisor at Hometown Personal Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining the caregiver schedule to optimize team efficiency, verifying daily shifts and charting for accuracy, and conducting supervisory visits to support your team in their roles.
