Job description
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. It must be TX licensed. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality resident care and meeting the rigorous standards.
nShift Flexibility:
nAble to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).
nJob Responsibilities
nProvide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
nAssist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
nMonitor and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
nFoster a supportive and empathetic atmosphere for patients and their families.
nQualifications:
nCurrent TX CNA License.
nStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
nAbility to handle the physical demands of the role (lifting, standing for long periods).
nShift Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).
