Build Your Career.Skilled Nursing – Brendan House Available schedules: Days 3×12 (6:30am–7:00pm) | Nights 3×12 (6:30pm–7:00am) | Days 5×7.5 (6:30am–2:30pm) | Evenings 5×7.5 (2:30pm–10:30pm)Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with residents during extended stays focused on recovery, rehabilitation, and daily living supportDevelop deep clinical consistency — you'll become a trusted, familiar face to residents and families during some of their most vulnerable momentsA strong foundation for CNAs looking to grow their skillsAcute Care Unit Available schedules: Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm) | Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am)Thrive in a fast-paced, high-variety environment where every shift brings new patient presentations and clinical learning opportunitiesWork shoulder-to-shoulder with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver complex, coordinated careBuild a broad clinical skill set that opens doors to advanced roles within nursing and beyondSurgical / Oncology Unit Available schedules: Days 3×12 (7:00am–7:30pm) | Nights 3×12 (7:00pm–7:30am)Support patients through post-operative recoveryDevelop specialized skills in a structured, precision-focused environment alongside experienced surgical unit nursing staffBe part of a high-performing team where attention to detail and patient comfort directly impact outcomesWhat You'll DoProvide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and monitoringSupport patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignityAssist nursing staff with documentation and communicationCollaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teamsWhat You BringCompassionate, patient-first mindsetStrong teamwork, communication, and time management skillsDesire to learn and grow in a healthcare careerWhat You'll GetCompetitive base wages with evening, night, and weekend shift differentialsFlexible self-schedulingSupportive leadership and clear pathways for career growthComprehensive benefits for eligible employeesTraining ScheduleStart Date: September 8, 2026 (Tuesday after Labor Day)Training Dates: September 8th - October 2ndMonday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm for 3–4 weeksWeeks 1–2 — Classroom (Didactic) & Skills Lab Build a strong foundation in core CNA skills, patient care fundamentals, and essential healthcare knowledge.Weeks 3–4 — Clinical Rotations & Acute Care Training Gain hands-on experience at Logan Health facilities under the supervision of experienced clinical instructors. Trainees placed in Acute Care receive additional unit-specific training, simulations, and role-specific competencies.Graduates are well-prepared to work in high-demand settings including medical units, surgical units, transitional care, and long-term care — with clear opportunities to grow within Logan Health.Included in the course: Textbook and voucher for scrubs provided.Applications are limited. This cohort closes once 35 qualified candidates are identified — apply early!Shift: Variable (United States of America)Schedule: Based on Unit of HireLogan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
