CNA Weekends Doubles AvailableSpring Creek Healthcare Center, a premier 179-bed nursing home located in the heart of Perth Amboy, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a CNA at Spring Creek, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate recordsAssist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as neededMaintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plansPart-time schedule with weekends availableOpportunity to work doubles (twelve-hour shifts)A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and developmentA team-oriented culture that values diversity, respect, and compassionA chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residentsCurrent CNA certificationAbility to work with a diverse population, including Hispanic patients and residentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSpring Creek Healthcare Center is a premier 179-bed nursing home located in the heart of Perth Amboy, close to communities in both New York and New Jersey.
