nProvider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work weekends with an individual who is a male. nResponsibilities:
nProvide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
nMonitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
nAssist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
nSupport patients with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration needs
nMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
nDocument patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies
nCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
nRequirements:
nCurrent, valid CNA certification in the state of Ohio
nPrevious experience in a home health, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred
nCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
nAbility to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical needs
nReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality
nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
