nNow Hiring for Part-time Home Care CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants) to grow our Caregiving Team. Providing A higher standard of care to clients in their homes. Day hours available, all lengths of shifts between 8am-4pm daily.

nPay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience)
nService Areas Include (must be willing to drive): Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Fridley, Andover & surrounding communities.

nBrightStar CNA Job Responsibilities:
nDrive to Client Homes
nAssist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring).
nMonitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.
nReport Client Condition Changes
nFollow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
nProvide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.
nBrightStar CNA Qualifications:
nCurrent In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
nIf you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required (must provide previous training certificates when available)
nA Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) & Current Auto Insurance
nClean Driving Record (Feel free to ask if you are eligible)
nMust be at least 18 yrs. or older
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nGeriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience preferred
nAble to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post)
nEmpathy for the needs of the client
nA heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
