Responsibilities
Support clients with personal care, routine assistance, observation of well-being, and plan-of-care tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and prompt follow-up.
Requirements
Experience Preferred in a senior care or related healthcare setting
Current CNA or HCA certification
75-hour certificates accepted
Successful completion of a criminal background check and all other required screenings
Two verifiable professional references
Ability to maintain all required certifications, training, and compliance with company and state regulations Reliable transportation to travel to assigned client visits
