CNC 5-Axis Mill Set Up and ProgrammerDay Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMWeekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PMPay: $32.00 - $38.00 / hourHillsboro, OR#hill1940Primary Purpose:Setup CNC 5-axis Milling Machines ensuring set-ups and machined parts are accurate and customer due dates are met.Essential Job Functions:Operate and Set-up CNC 5-axis mills with multiple palletsResponsible for accuracy of parts run in the 5-axis MillsCheck machined parts and compares to blueprints to ensure accuracyAssure jobs are run in an order to meet customer due datesRequired Qualifications:5 yrs. minimum experience 5-axis setupHorizontal Cell experience a plusFamiliar with Siemens Celos Controller a plusExperience as a lead person a plusMust be able to multi-taskOwn your own precision measuring toolsBlueprint reading experience requiredGreat communication skills, teambuilderAttention to detailLift 20+ pounds on a regular basisDirect Hire Opportunity:This client is open to direct hire placement for strong candidates, including individuals who are currently employed and seeking a new opportunity.
