Job Description Job Description About the Role: Worksaver Material Handling Equipment is looking for a skilled CNC Brake Operator/CNC Plasma Table Operator to join our growing team in Shawnee, OK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge fabrication equipment in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components to specification
Operate CNC plasma cutting tables to cut metal parts with precision and accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure correct part dimensions
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and squares for quality control
Perform routine machine maintenance, adjustments, and tooling changes as needed
Monitor material feed, cut quality, and machine performance throughout production runs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop safety standards
Requirements: Previous experience operating CNC press brake and/or CNC plasma cutting equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and part specifications
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers, squares, and tape measures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate parts
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine setup and tooling changes
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
