Job description
Klein Tools in Trevose, PA is seeking a Department Leader for CNC Mill Lathe or Drill Press to oversee workflow, train and mentor staff, and drive continuous improvements in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will review work procedures, set schedules, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with supervisors to meet production goals.
Candidates should have 7–10 years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years as a Level III operator, and proven leadership and English communication
