Job Description
Lead and manage a team of 5 Manufacturing/Process Engineers and 1 Engineering Technician within a CNC manufacturing environment
Direct all machining functions and guide the team in developing new products, solutions, and lean manufacturing processes
Provide hands-on expertise in CNC programming and tooling design to optimize production capabilities
Automate processes and deliver troubleshooting and technical assistance on the shop floor
Serve as the primary technical liaison with the customer engineering department to support New Part Introduction (NPI), project management, timelines, and design implementation
Drive automation initiatives utilizing FANUC robots throughout the plant
Coordinator
Key Requirements
Proficiency in MasterCam (open to other CAM software) and SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design
Experience with FANUC robotics, including pick-and-place applications
Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations including Lathes, Mills, and some Swiss-type machines
Demonstrated experience with aerospace and/or military machined parts manufacturingBachelor's degree (BS) preferred
