CNC Grinder OperatorWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.We have one opening for CNC Grinder Operator for our 2nd shift. Starting pay range of $20.25 - $21.50/hour based on experience.As a CNC Grinder Operator at Regal Rexnord Thomson/Nook Cleveland Division your focus will be to:Set up centerless grinder machinery.Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.Move completed material to next workstation.Maintain clean and safe work environment.Education: One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.Experience: 6 months – 1-year related experience or training.Specific Skills & Knowledge:Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers.Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
