CNC 5 Axis Machinist North RidgevilleAre you a skilled 5-Axis CNC Machinist and ready to work for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Ridgeville? This is an excellent opportunity for a precision-driven professional who thrives in a clean, organized environment and enjoys producing high-quality, tight-tolerance components in short-run production settings.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC machines (Haas)Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part productionMake program edits and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standardsPerform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience, including 5-axis machiningHands-on experience with Haas machines, including setup and program editingStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TExperience working with tight tolerances and short production runsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to pass pre-employment screeningShift: 2nd Shift — Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)BenefitsCompetitive pay with growth potential401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life insurance coveragePaid time off (PTO)If you're a detail-oriented machinist who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality and expertise.
