Cnc MachinistsHiFyve is hiring CNC Machinists in the Manufacturing industry. Salary: $26 – $34/hour - offers shift differentials.Shift Options:Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PMNight Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 4:00 AMWeekend Shift: Friday – SundaySchedule Options: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) or five 8-hour shiftsCurrently running overtime.Locations: Chaska, MN and Shakopee, MNThis role supports precision manufacturing operations by setting up and operating CNC horizontal milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You'll contribute to critical industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and high technology, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced production environment.Job ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsSet up and operate CNC Horizontal Milling (Makino/MMC) machinesPerform quality checks on finished productsMake machine adjustments as needed to maintain precisionMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3+ years of CNC horizontal milling experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and precision workAbility to work independently and in a team environmentGood communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to defense contracts)
