Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime
About the Role
As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality, precision-machined parts that meet our rigorous standards and specifications. Working in a structured environment, you'll ensure that every product is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in consistent, defect-free outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Independently set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring parts are completed within designated timeframes.
Deliver first-pass success by producing high-quality, defect-free parts.
Deburr machined parts to meet quality standards.
Accurately document part production and ensure traceability of parts according to company standards.
Bring a continuous improvement mindset.
Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve production goals.
Adhere to strict standards for machining, measurement, and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Proficiency in reading and interpreting part prints and technical drawings.
Must own, or be willing to purchase, personal tools required for the role.
Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, lift, kneel and walk for the entire shift.
Ability to lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Strong commitment to quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to defined processes.
Measure parts with micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices.
