Experienced CNC Machinists WantedJoin a stable manufacturing company with 40+ years in business. We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator who can produce precision components and support our growing production team.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC lathes for production runsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring toolsPerform machine adjustments and basic troubleshootingWork with engineering on CNC programs (Mastercam / CAM software)Maintain quality standards through in-process inspectionsKeep machines and work areas clean, safe, and organizedWhat We're Looking For5–10 years CNC machining experienceStrong experience with lathe setup and toolingExperience with multi-axis / multi-spindle machines (Mazak, Puma, Miyano preferred)Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint readingStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhy Work With UsEstablished company – 40+ years in businessCompetitive payComprehensive benefits packageStable full-time workOpportunity to grow with an experienced manufacturing team
