CNC Lathe Machinist Operator – Northshore, LAPay: $19/hour (up to $24 DOE)Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 4-day workweekShifts: Rotating day/night every 3 months + overtime opportunitiesOverview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machinist Operator to support daily manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and manualsSet up and operate CNC lathe machinesDetermine sequence of operations and setup requirementsMaintain quality and safety standardsQualifications:Ability to read mills and blueprintsStrong attention to detailTeam-oriented and able to work with plant leadership, engineers, and coworkers
