CNC MachinistHiFyve is hiring a CNC Machinist in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry in Sidney, OH!Salary: Up to $35/hour + 15% shift differentialShift: Night Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM–4:30 AM | Voluntary overtime available Fridays and SaturdaysLocation: Sidney, OHJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Lathes, Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs), and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).Perform tooling changes, offsets, machine setups, and first-piece inspections.Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements.Manufacture precision aerospace components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gages, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.Adjust tooling, offsets, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters to maintain quality and productivity.Independently troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues.Monitor tooling performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.Accurately complete required production and inspection documentation.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.If you are interested, please apply
