Cnc Lathe MachinistTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Lathe Machinists for projects located in or around Tacoma, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-$36/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision metal componentsDevelop and optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivityCreate and modify simple CNC programs using M-Code and G-Code at the machineSelect and install tooling, fixtures, and machine accessories as required for productionRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsUse precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to verify part dimensions and tolerancesRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of CNC lathe machining experienceProven experience setting up CNC lathes and producing precision-machined partsStrong knowledge of CNC machining principles, tooling, and manufacturing processesWorking knowledge of M-Code and G-Code programmingAbility to create and edit simple machine programs at the machineExperience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsCompany Details:Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours workedVacation PayHealth insurance401(k) retirement savings planTradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability."
