Position Overview & Benefits
Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift (Consistent, reliable daytime hours)
Location: Troy, MI
Equipment & Technology: Okuma Lathes paired with Fanuc Controls
Specialized Work: High-precision turning and specialized gear cutting
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC Okuma lathes using Fanuc controls.
Perform complex machining operations, including precision turning and gear cutting.
Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and job routing sheets accurately.
Inspect your own parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience programming or operating CNC lathes (Fanuc control experience required).
Familiarity with or strong desire to learn gear cutting processes.
Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and math skills.
A quality-first mindset with reliable attendance.
