With over four decades of excellence and a reputation as a global leader, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career path in a supportive, high-performance environment.What You'll DoAs a CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist, you'll be responsible for:Setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC)Performing in-process checks and precision inspectionsReading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and set-up sheetsMaking offsets, edge-breaking, and tool checks as neededCommunicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisorsMaintaining clean, organized workspaces and following safety protocolsWhat You BringMinimum 5 years of CNC machining experience (4 & 5 axis)Proficiency with HAAS machines and FANUC controlsStrong blueprint reading and precision measuring skillsYour own set-up tools (required)Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented shopSchedule & PayTemp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PMPay: $22–$25/hour (DOE)Why Join Us?Competitive pay and generous medical benefitsA stable company with over 43 years of successOpportunities for growth and advancementA respectful, safety-first cultureLocated in Riverside, CA Ready to take your machining career to the next level?
