Cnc Operator Position In Perham AreaDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Frazee, MN. We’re seeking candidates for CNC Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities ranges between $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Their experience of partnering with customers across a variety of industries has led to sustained growth and expanded capacity to meet your needs for years to come.What You Will Do As A Cnc Operator:Load and unload materials and parts manually or using the appropriate equipment/toolsOperate CNC equipment and observe operations with focused attentionAdvise supervisor of any machine issues, crashes, or needed repairsOperate griding and related tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfacesAssure quality by inspecting finished parts and report irregularities or tolerance deviations to quality control personnelPerform tool wear offsets or change inserts to meet tolerance requirementsMonitor progress toward and meet production goalsFollow, create, and help maintain work instructionsComplete required daily paperworkMaintain equipment and worksite by completing housekeepingWhat You Need To Be A Cnc Operator:High School Diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to perform basic mathematical computations and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, geometry, and trigonometry to practical situationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsInterpersonal communication skills characterized by honest, professional, respectful communication and listening skillsFluency in English verbal and written communicationAbility to meet production goals for quality and quantityTake the next step in your machining career!
