Job PostingAlexandria, MN - 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm)This position is responsible for loading and unloading parts into CNC machines, while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that production processes are accurate and efficient, and that safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all areas in the facility.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to recognize safety concernsA highly motivated self-starterStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic math skillsAbility to multi-taskStrong decision-making skillsAbility to take part in continuous training and educationBenefitsA.I.
