CNC Machine OperatorLarson Systems is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our team. We are located in Ham Lake, MN (north of Blaine) in a clean, modern, air-conditioned shop with a supportive team culture.Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMOccasional overtime as neededPay:$23.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE)Top of range for candidates who can independently run parts to print, use basic measuring tools, and maintain consistent quality with minimal supervision.What You'll DoLoad and unload parts at CNC equipment (this is an operator position; setups are not required)Deburr and break edges to specPerform visual inspection and basic checks to confirm parts meet requirementsPackage parts for shipment as neededMaintain a clean and orderly work areaOther duties as delegated by the Shop ManagerWhat We're Looking For3–6 months experience as a CNC Machine Operator (or closely related manufacturing operator experience)High school diploma or equivalentAbility to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety proceduresReliable attendance and strong work ethicYou'll Succeed Here If You…Take pride in consistent quality and low scrapLike steady hands-on work and can maintain a consistent production paceCommunicate clearly with leads/management when something looks "off" (tool wear, burrs, dimension drift)Benefits:Health, vision, and dental insurancePaid time off (PTO)Six paid holidaysIRA with employer matchProduction bonusOther benefits unique to Larson Systems, Inc.Job Type: Full-time
