Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for new operators.
Experience Requirements
Manufacturing and machine operator experience preferred; CNC experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following written work instructions and production procedures.
Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and punctuality required.
Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability required.
Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train on additional CNC equipment as experience grows.
Spanish-speaking and English-speaking candidates both encouraged to apply.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around automated production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to tolerate machine noise and warmer facility temperatures during summer months.
Manual dexterity to load, unload, clean, and deburr machined parts, and perform basic machine operation tasks.
Ability to stand and remain productive throughout the shift while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Job Duties
Load and unload CNC machining equipment and monitor machine production cycles.
Clean and deburr finished aluminum components and perform basic machine operation functions.
Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks and follow work instructions and production procedures.
Inspect parts for quality and defects, maintain productivity and quality standards, and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
