CNC OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Operator workers for a manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. In this role, you'll program, set up, and operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality aluminum products while supporting production goals in a safety-focused environment. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to manufacture aluminum componentsRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production specificationsLoad raw materials and parts into machines and perform test runs before productionMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and tolerancesInspect finished products using precision measuring toolsPerform tool wear offsets, change inserts, and troubleshoot minor machine issuesComplete production documentation and report maintenance concerns as neededWhat You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator:Previous CNC machine operation and programming experience requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsStrong math skills, including fractions, percentages, geometry, and basic trigonometryExperience using precision measuring tools and maintaining quality standardsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shiftAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds as neededBasic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming softwareForklift certification preferredStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safetyReliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environmentWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
