This role exists to support increased production output and machining capacity at our client’s Osakis facility.
In this position, you’ll contribute to the production of precision components used in advanced manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and efficiency.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Operate CNC horizontal milling machines and similar equipment
Load parts, monitor cycle performance, and identify issues
Install tooling and verify tool offsets per setup sheets
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Perform in-process inspection using standard measuring tools
Make basic adjustments to maintain part quality and consistency
Identify machining issues and communicate with supervisors
Complete required documentation and system entries

Machines: CNC Horizontal Mills, lathes, and similar CNC equipment
Controls: Fanuc-type environments (typical)
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, depth mics, basic CMM
Quality Systems: GD&T, SPC

What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ years of manufacturing or CNC machining experience
Experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or similar)
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
Comfortable using basic inspection tools
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with horizontal milling machines
Basic troubleshooting and machine adjustment experience
Technical training or machining education

Pay Range:
