Job DescriptionCNC Baumer Profiling Machine Operator
Job Summary:
Operate and monitor a CNC Baumer profiling machine used to manufacture industrial insulation products. The position requires machine setup, material handling, production monitoring, and quality inspection.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Baumer profiling equipment.
Load materials and adjust machine settings and tooling as needed.
Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools.
Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing facility producing fiberglass insulation.
Dusty environment with exposure to fiberglass materials.
Non-climate-controlled facility with varying temperatures.
Requires standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting.
Requirements:
Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
Experience with Baumer equipment or profiling machines is a plus.
Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions.
Comfortable working in a dusty, non-climate-controlled environment.
