CNC Machine Operator in Monongahela, PAWe are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating CNC machinery in an industrial metal-making shop, where precision and attention to detail are paramount.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machinery efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints.Apply knowledge of G and M code in daily operations.Utilize calipers and micrometers for measurement tasks.Set up CNC machines to start a production cycle.Ensure machines are calibrated and maintained regularly.Essential SkillsExperience in CNC machine operation.Ability to read and understand blueprints.Familiarity with G and M code.Competency in using calipers and micrometers.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level position requiring basic CNC machine operating experience.Understanding of lathe operation and maintenance techniques.Why Work Here?Enjoy a straight daylight shift allowing for early start and finish times, with no weekend work required. The shop provides a collaborative and friendly atmosphere with minimal dress code requirements.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monongahela, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.36 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
