$20-$30/hr Will Train Quarterly Bonuses
Join Sharon-Cutwell and learn to operate advanced CNC tool-grinding equipment used to manufacture custom precision cutting tools for aerospace and other high-tech industries .
No CNC experience? We'll train the right person. Start with easier jobs and established setups, then progress into machine setup, troubleshooting, and potentially advanced CNC programming .
Pay: $20-$30/hour based on experience and skillBonus: Quarterly performance bonuses - recent bonuses have been very strong
What You'll Do Learn and operate CNC tool-grinding machines
Run established jobs and progress into machine setup
Inspect precision tools and make machine adjustments
Work on a variety of custom jobs rather than repetitive production
Build your skills toward advanced setup and CNC programming
What We're Looking For Strong basic math and mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail and dependable work habits
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
CNC or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
