CNC Machine Operator – Weekend Shift (Horizontal / Robo)Abundant Solutions is seeking skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team for our weekend shift. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates looking to work an extended weekend schedule while being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.Pay & SchedulePay: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM36 hours worked = 40 hours paid! Employees work a 36-hour weekend schedule, but their time is rounded up and paid as 40 hours. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Horizontal CNC and Robo machinesInput, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar)Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsMonitor machining processes and make necessary adjustmentsInspect finished parts using precision measuring toolsUse calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipmentPerform routine machine maintenance and keep machines cleanFollow all safety and quality proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCommunicate production or quality concerns with supervisors and team membersRequirementsExperience operating CNC machinesHorizontal CNC and/or Robo experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersBasic understanding of feeds, speeds, and toolingStrong attention to detail and quality controlGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and strong work ethicMust be comfortable working in a structured and procedure-driven environmentMust be able to work overtime as neededPreferred ExperienceHAASRoboDrillFANUC controlsHorizontal machiningCNC programming or program adjustmentsAdditional RequirementsEnglish communication requiredClean background requiredU.S. citizenship required due to the nature and federal requirements associated with the positionMust successfully complete the client's required screening and hiring processAbundant Solutions 1100 Jupiter Rd #118 Plano, TX 75074
