These are Temp-to-Hire openings with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after approximately 6–12 months, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.Competitive pay of $27.00–$33.00 per hourClean, professional, and safety-focused work environmentMultiple shift optionsTraining and advancement opportunitiesClear career progression from machine operator to programmerSign-on bonus may be available to eligible candidatesWhat You'll DoAs a CNC Machine Operator, you will:Operate CNC machines, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools.Read and follow blueprints, sketches, production diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Fabricate precision-machined components.Perform basic shop calculations to determine tooling feeds, speeds, and layouts.Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers.Perform basic machine programming or adjustments as needed.Work with the Lead to complete jobs accurately and on schedule.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.What You'll NeedPrevious work experience operating CNC equipmentExperience with CNC, lathe, or manual machinesEntry-level candidates with CNC-related schooling, technical training, or hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, or machine setup are encouraged to apply.High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math and angle calculations.Working knowledge of hand-measuring and inspection tools.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to perform physical work, including lifting approximately 50–75 pounds.Apply TodayIf you have CNC experience—or the education and motivation to begin a career in machining—apply today for this direct-hire opportunity.After you apply, a Kelly recruiter will review your qualifications and contact you about next steps if your background matches the position.
