CNC Machine Operators Needed!Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators (Levels I, II & III)Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 1st and 2nd Shifts | $21-$26/ hr DOEAllegiance Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a growing precision manufacturing company in Lancaster, PA. We are seeking candidates with entry-level through advanced CNC machining experience. Whether you have 6 months of experience or are a seasoned operator, we have opportunities to match your skill level.Duties:Operate CNC lathes and CNC secondary machining equipmentPerform machine setups, changeovers, and tool adjustments based on experience levelProduce precision-machined components while meeting production and quality standardsInspect finished parts using precision measuring instrumentsRead and interpret engineering drawings and work instructionsAssist with troubleshooting equipment and improving manufacturing processesPerform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work areaFollow all safety, quality, and production proceduresExperience LevelsLevel I6–12 months of CNC machining or manufacturing experienceLevel II2+ years of CNC machining experienceAble to perform setups and machine adjustments with minimal supervisionLevel III5+ years of CNC machining experienceAdvanced setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement skillsExperience mentoring or training other operators is a plusQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read engineering drawings and blueprintsExperience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentWhy Apply?Multiple experience levels welcomeCompetitive pay based on experienceFull-time, long-term opportunityWeekly payStable manufacturing environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunities
