Manners Composite Stocks North Kansas City, MO Full-Time, On-Site
Manners Composite Stocks, a world-leading composite rifle stock manufacturer, is hiring CNC Machine Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity for long-term, permanent employment with an outstanding company.
Schedule: M-F shift, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. - no nights or weekends
Pay: $18-$22/hour, based on experience

Job Description
Operate, set up, and potentially program various CNC machines
Perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto the machine
Monitor running machines and make adjustments as needed for optimal results
Review and measure finished products against requirements to confirm accuracy
Apply strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
Communicate clearly, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Requirements
CNC or manual mill room experience
Strong math skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic, able to follow directions and multitask
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with hand-measuring tools
