CNC Machine OperatorPay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourWe are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for our key clients located in Auburn Hills, Rochester, Lake Orion, Shelby Twp., Sterling Heights, Macomb, Clinton Twp. and Mount Clemens. CNC Lathe or mill experience is required. We are hiring on all three shifts. These positions offer significant benefits including:Up to $24 starting pay depending on experienceMedical, dental and vision benefitsPTOHoliday payOpportunity for advancementOvertimeJob Duties:Knowledge and understanding of metric/standard measurements and decimalsAbility to read and understand blueprintsAbility to run one or more machine while making offsets and tool changesExperience using precision measuring tools - micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.Understand and troubleshoot basic machine alarmsLoad and unload parts and componentsControl part specifications and quality adjustmentsAbility to perform necessary maintenance procedures while maintaining cleanlinessRequirements:1+ Year of Machine Operating experienceCNC Mill or Lathe Operating experienceAbility to use basic gauges such as micrometers, calipers, height stands, attribute gauges, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environmentAbility to understand and follow safety and quality guidelinesAbility to read, comprehend and write English for completion of documentation and effective communication with teammatesManual dexterity & ability to lift up to 50 pounds.These positions offer the opportunity to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments and develop your skills as a CNC Machine Operator.
