Integra & L.G. Evans is a CNC Machine Tool Dealer and Engineering firm based in Waukesha, WI and Burr Ridge, IL. We support local manufacturers and offer a product lineup that includes Hurco & YCM Vertical Machining Centers & CNC Turning Centers, Citizen-Cincom Swiss Lathes, Citizen-Miyano Fixed-Headstock Lathes, automated machining cells, and more. Our parent company - Zeman Technologies - is a family-run company seeking experienced repairmen/women, machinists, programmers, or engineers interested in becoming a Field Service and/or Applications Engineer.
Job Description:
Seeking a talented individual with experience on 3- and 5-axis milling centers, interested in growing their career through Service and/or Applications Engineering. Experience on Hurco an added bonus. Our Field Service & Application Engineers play a crucial role in our operations and will be responsible for on-site installation, service, and repair; CNC programming; and troubleshooting regarding engineering applications. Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and mills
Arriving at customers on time and completing daily paperwork, with occasional overnight hotel stay
Train customers on machine tool programming, operation, and maintenance
Collaborate with sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solution
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC machine tool technology
Requirements:
Mechanical knowledge pertaining to CNC mills and lathes or industrial equipment
Proven experience operating and programming CNC machine tools (or)
Proven experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machine tools
Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, willingness to look for answers
Willingness to travel to customers in MO & IL, communicate with customers, and spend the occasional night away from home (if required)
The Location: Integra is based in Waukesha, WI and L.G. Evans is based in Burr Ridge, IL. Employee will rarely work from office, and is expected to travel from home to manufacturers daily for machine tool troubleshooting, repair, and installation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 - $110,000 per year pending experience
