CNC Machinist - 1st & 2nd Shifts Available!Spencer, IA 51301Job DescriptionImmediately Seeking! – CNC Machinist Competitive Pay | 1st Shift: 6 am - 4 pm | 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm - 2:30 am | Monday - Thursday | Friday & Saturday OT available | Training Provided | Long-Term Career Opportunity Join a stable manufacturing team where you can build a long-term career! We are seeking dependable individuals to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. No prior experience is necessary — on-the-job training is provided! What You'll Do:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine toolsLoad parts and ensure machines are running efficientlyMake simple machine edits and set offsets as neededRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsInspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracyDocument production levels and dimensional data accuratelyUse SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods for continuous improvementDetect equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisorsDeburr finished parts and inspect for conformance to specificationsPerform basic preventative maintenance on equipmentOperate forklifts or lifting devices to move materials and partsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all company safety policies, quality standards, and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent preferredBasic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to read blueprints and follow instructionsStrong attention to detail and quality controlMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnManual dexterity for operating machinery and computersAbility to lift up to 40 lbsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicWhy Work for Advance Services, Inc.?
