CNC MachinistLocation: Willoughby, OHShift: Day and Night Shifts AvailableOvertime: OT on Fridays when neededStarting Pay: $20 to $25 - possibly more based on ExperienceJob Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist/Operator in Willoughby. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a 4-day workweek and opportunities for overtime on Fridays during busy periods.Key Responsibilities:Set up, and operate CNC machines (mills or lathes)Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsProgramming at the machine if you have the experience (will train)Ensure precision and quality in all parts producedAdjust machine settings and tool paths as neededInspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring toolsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentRequirements:Must have CNC Operating ExperienceHands-on programming experience preferred - will pay more for experienceExperience with Mazak or Okuma machines is highly preferredExperience in either mill or lathe operations (or both)Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyAbility to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring toolsBenefits:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for overtimeClean and organized shop environmentLong-term opportunity with a stable company
