CNC MachinistHiFyve is hiring a CNC Machinist in the Manufacturing industry in the Greater Waupaca, WI area!Pay Rate: $23 - $28/hr plus $3/hr shift differentialLocation: Greater Waupaca, WIShift: 2nd shift (3pm - 1am) M-THKey Responsibilities:Set up and program a diverse range of CNC equipment on the machine control, including 5-Axis, Vertical, and Horizontal Milling machines, Lathes, Waterjets, and Horizontal Saws.Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to manufacture high-precision products to exact quality specifications in an efficient manner.Configure tooling and work-holding independently to ensure production readiness for varied shop orders.Utilize precision measuring tools to verify part conformance and maintain accurate electronic documentation and record-keeping.Perform basic equipment upkeep while ensuring the work area remains clean, safe, and organized.Education & Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of CNC setup and programming experience is required; must be able to verify conformance with proper inspection equipment.Mazak programming experience is highly preferred.Advanced comprehension of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is preferred but not required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong mathematical and measuring ability to ensure precise manufacturing and quality control.Highly motivated and quality-minded individual who takes pride in producing accurate work.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to receive and comprehend complex instructions.Reliability and punctuality are essential, with a commitment to dependable attendance.Physical capability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.Safety-conscious mindset, including adherence to ANSI safety-toe footwear standards and the use of required eye and hearing protection.
