Job description
CNC Setup MachinistShift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pmPosition Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and experience setting up and operating CNC machining equipment.Responsibilities:Operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce quality parts according to specifications (Okuma and Haas machines onsite)Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentsPerform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performancePerform machine changeovers and setupInspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all company safety and production proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 2-3 years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience setting up CNC machinesMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read measuring instruments and blueprints to perform basic quality checksAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
