CNC MachinistWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our 2nd Shift team. In this role, you will produce high-quality precision components by operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machine tools while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC setup, program editing, precision measurement, and machining best practices in a manufacturing environment.This position qualifies for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus:$1,500 paid after 6 months$1,500 paid after 1 yearEligible for non-agency/direct-hire candidates onlyCompensation:Mid-Level Candidates: $25–$29/hourExperienced Candidates: $30–$40/hour2nd Shift Differential: Receive an additional 25% shift differential on top of base payResponsibilities:Load and unload CNC machinesChange tooling as neededSet up CNC machines, including: Haas, Mazak, DoosanPerform machine offsets and make adjustmentsEdit G-Code and M-Code programsComplete secondary operations, including: broaching, buffing, deburring, grinding, other related dutiesInspect parts using precision measuring equipmentPerform routine machine maintenanceMaintain a safe and organized work areaFollow quality standards and production requirementsComplete other duties as assignedSchedule:2nd Shift:Monday - Thursday3:30 PM - 2:00 AMFour-day work-week (OT may be required additionally)25% shift differentialQualifications:Experience operating and setting up CNC machinesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsKnowledge of G-Code and M-Code editingExperience using inspection and measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOur Values:Integrity and accountabilityRespect for one anotherCraftsmanship and qualityInnovation and continuous learningSupporting our coworkers and our customersWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay based on experience.$3,000 sign-on bonus.25% shift differential.Four-day workweek with three-day weekends.Opportunity to work with advanced CNC equipment and machining technologies.Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environmentLearn More:See our machining team in action:YouTube Video: our team and build your future with a company that values quality, craftsmanship, and employee success.
