Cnc Machinistrms Company provides contract manufacturing of high-quality, tight-tolerance medical implants, components and sub-assemblies using cutting-edge technology. rms is part of the Cretex Medical family of companies.CNC Machinist Position SummaryThe CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.Shifts Available: 4th Shift Friday - Sunday 5am - 5pmSign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$5,000 dependent on level of experience!ResponsibilitiesCNC Machinist Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate milling & lathe CNC machinesPerform quality inspection on completed partsPerform preventative maintenance on milling & lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performanceComplete tool changesQualificationsCNC Machinist Position RequirementsOperator experience with milling or lathe CNC machinesStrong math background, preferable in machine math/shop mathUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)Ability to read and interpret blueprintsExperience using a microscopeAbility to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometerCNC Machinist Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMachining experience with medical components, devices, or instrumentsPrevious experience with tight tolerancesProgramming experience with Milling CNC MachinesExperience with set-up on Milling CNC MachinesExperience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machinesrms Company BenefitsAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
